Colombia – Origin Collection

Grown by smallholder farmers in the highlands of Medellín, Antioquia, this medium roast reflects Colombia’s vibrant mountain terrain. Cultivated between 1300–1500 meters in volcanic loam soil, these Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties are fully washed and carefully dried in solar dryers to protect their integrity from seasonal rains.

The result is a beautifully balanced cup layered with dried orange brightness, subtle berry sweetness, and smooth chocolate depth.
