Grown on select micro farms in the highlands of Alajuela, this medium roast reflects the clarity of Costa Rica’s volcanic terrain. Cultivated between 1300–1445 meters in nutrient-rich volcanic loam, these Caturra and Catuai varieties are eco-pulped and sun dried with careful precision.

The result is a smooth, vibrant cup layered with sweet apple brightness, honeyed warmth, and subtle raisin depth.
