A balanced medium roast sourced from the highlands of Chiapas and Oaxaca. Grown between 900–1000 meters in mineral-rich clay soils, this coffee brings together Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varieties cultivated by dedicated regional growers.

Fully washed and sun dried, it delivers a smooth cup layered with notes of rich chocolate, warm cinnamon spice, and a touch of green apple brightness.
